How far in advance should I book move-out cleaning?
We recommend booking once your moving date is confirmed. Mid-month and End-of-month appointments fill quickly, so early booking provides more scheduling options.
How much does move-out cleaning cost, and how long does it take?
The cost and cleaning time depend on the property’s size, condition and required services. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit typically requires at least six hours of cleaning. Larger properties or homes with heavy buildup, pet hair or additional cleaning requests will take longer and cost more. Contact us for an accurate quote.
Do you require a deposit for move-out cleaning?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Move-out cleans often require us to reserve a significant amount of time and coordinate a team of two or more cleaners. The deposit confirms your booking and protects the time set aside specifically for your property. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed.
Do I need to be at the property during the cleaning?
No. Many customers provide access using a lockbox, door code or arranged key pickup. We can complete the cleaning while you handle other moving responsibilities, provided we have clear access instructions and a way to secure the property afterward.
Do you guarantee I will get my security deposit back?
No. That decision is made by your landlord or property manager. We clean the unit thoroughly to help prepare it for inspection, but we cannot control damage, wear and tear, lease terms, or landlord decisions.
Do you clean carpets?
